President /CEO-Craig Capion-Craig has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. He carries a state certified general contractor license. His expertise in the building contractors industry has allowed him to provide top quality workmanship to projects throughout Brevard County for many years. After relocating to Palm Bay from Freeport Illinois in 1992, Craig and his family established Done Right Contracting LLC in Palm Bay Florida with the vision of providing that extra personal touch to clients throughout Brevard County. Craig was appointed to the City of Palm Bay Building & Construction Advisory Committee and is a Silver Trustee for the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce. CFO/Office Manager - Mia Dunaway: Like Craig, Mia also has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. She worked closely with building officials and engineers in Miami-Dade County after hurricane Andrew in 1992 to facilitate better building codes in an effort to prevent structural failure during disasters which have been implemented around the state of Florida. Mia has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial construction. She was an a key member of the teams who reconstructed South Florida with new housing developments, retail stores, shopping malls and restaurants after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Mia has been recently appointed as a Code Enforcement Board member by the Palm Bay City Commission to hear code enforcement cases. Outside Operations Manager - Jason Jones: Jason has over 20 years' hands on experience in the construction industry and has OSHA certification. Jason's knowledge of the construction processes allows him to create proposals based on a client's specific need, often reducing cost and minimizing the need for change orders for "forgotten" items. Our team of professional tradesmen provide our clients with exceptional service. Each tradesman has a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry. Each tradesman has proven his or her ability to provide clients with exactly what they envisioned for their project. Done Right Contracting LLC also requires each tradesman to participate in monthly safety meetings as well as receiving first aid training. Our tradesmen are not subcontractors. We directly employ our tradesmen providing them workers compensation coverage not exemptions to ensure our clients are protected from the moment we start a project.
